Labour & Birth
One-on-one support from the moment of booking, throughout labour and delivery, and for up to six weeks post-partum.

A typical service support package includes a complimentary consultation, unlimited text and email support, pre-natal visits, attendance at your labour and birth, and post-partum visits at your home or in the hospital.

Abortion
One-on-one support from the moment of booking, throughout your pregnancy termination, and for up to two weeks post-termination.
​
A typical support package includes a complimentary consultation, unlimited text and email support, accompaniment to your clinical appointments and surgical procedure for in-clinic abortion, followed by virtual support for self-managed (medication) abortion, and debriefing/follow-up calls or visits.

A Labour & Birth Support package can be adapted into a Pregnancy Termination package at your discretion, no questions asked.
Fetal Loss Delivery and D&E
One-on-one support from the moment of booking, throughout labour or D&E procedure, and for up to six weeks afterward.

Support can be tailored to your individual circumstances and altered as needed.
Lending Library
All support packages include access to my lending library. The lending library offers an extensive collection of resources on a variety of topics.

Abortion process:
Varies depending on abortion method, but can include support at the location of your choice (at-home abortion), and accompaniment to and from your procedure (in-clinic abortion). ​
One post-procedure visit to debrief and discuss next steps.

Labour and delivery: continuous support througout

Stand-Alone or Package Add-On
Pre-Natal Visit
A one to two hour visit in your home or another mutually agreed-upon location in order for us to prepare for your labour and birth.

Support may include, but is not limited to, preparation of: comfort measures, birth plan/preferences, knowing your rights, pain management, and medical interventions.
​
In-Person Price: $30/hr
Virtual Price: $20/hr
